History of Company

•1975

JEBSEE electronics company established at Chung-Hua Rood, Tainan, Taiwan. Initial capital was 1,000,000 NT$. The factory occupied 330 square meters had more than 30 employees.
•1977


 Due to rapid expansion, with capital increased to 10 million NT$, the company moved to 336 Yi-Long Rd. In Tainan. One hundred employees worked in this approximately 1,000-square-meters factory.
•1987

To increase production capabilities, the company moved to its current location at An-ping Industrial Park, with an increased capital of 100 million NT$. This 5,000-square-meters factory accommodated 400 employees in seven departments. The company started to operate th MRP system.
•1988

The Company branched out and and invested in various related businesses. Working capital at this time increased to 150 million NT$.
•1989

Continuing investment in a broader range of related business brought the company working capital to 195 million NT$.
•1990

The company started to build the Shenzhen factory on a 198,875-square-feet lot. The total areo for this new factory was intended to be 268,750 square feet.
•1992

Operations began in the Shenzhen Factory. Plastic injection and molding department were added into the operation lines.
•1993

Factories in both Taiwan and Shenzhen started to use SMT equipment. The Shenzhen factory added aluminum alloy die-casting department.
•1994

The second phase of the Shenzhen expansion was completed, including living facilities for staff from Taiwan, execrise facilities for employees, an expanded Metal die-casting department, and a new electroplation department. In Taiwan, the ISO 9002 received certification.
•1995
 The R&D department expanded its personnel to 40. The Shenzhen factory added phenolic injection machine.


•1996
The ISO 9001 was introduced in Taiwan factory. With the addition of employee living facilities, the Shenzhen factory has expanded to 600,000 square feet. Painting department as well as and upgar des on molding equipment are all new additions to the Shenzhen factory.
•1999

 In Shenzhen factory, the Engineering department expended its personnel. Video Teleconference Networking was installed and started.

•2000
The R&D department expanded it personnel to 60. In Shenzhen factory, SMT equipment was increased to 5 production lines.
•2001 In Shenzhen factory, the ISO 9001 received certification
•2002
Taiwan factory established an OEM Business Department.
•2003


Second factory in Shenzhen stared construction.Taiwan factory operational flow was upgraded to electronically.Company's capital increased to 633 million NT $


•2004

 


Both Taiwan factory and Shenzhen factory passed QS 9000 certification.Company started receiving stock public offering assistance from Taiwan Stock Trade Commission.The R&D department expanded,personnel increased to 80 people.
•2005 In Taiwan,the ISO 14001 received certification.


•2006


Second factory in Shenzien Was built done.

Future Prospects

In the past 20 years, JEBSEE Electronics Co. has developed and produced SMATV, CATV, and satellite TV related products.The Company has accumulated production experience by supplying OEM to large cable TV companies.
JEBSEE has hence become an important partner of Japanese, American, and European companies in Taiwan.
In recent years the company has researched and developed peripherals for 2500 MHz satellite receivers and 1 GHz CATV products. In the future, CATV bus-iness will merge with the information superhighway and communications busine-sses. Therefore, JEBSEE plan is to aggressively develop information and comm-unication-related digital products to meet demands from these businesses.
