The Research
and Development group under Engineering Department consists
of 60 top-notch-ed engineers as well as technicians.
Funding for this department usually is reserved at 2.5%
of the company gross sales. There are three sub-groups
under the R&D Group.
Group #1 is responsible for related Electronic Circuit
Design. Group #2 emphasizes on mechanical and exterior
Design of the products. Group #3 concentrates on collection
and production of technical information. It has long
been the understanding of the management that only through
the creation of new products and improvement of the
existing ones, can a company stay competitive in this
